Waikato DHB puts servers back into service following “sophisticated” attack

Waikato District Health Board has been able to restore half of its servers and is sure they have not been compromised following the “sophisticated” cyber attack it experienced just over two weeks ago.

Waikato DHB CEO Kevin Snee said the iPM patient administration system, radiation oncology and diagnostic services will be back online by the end of next week.
