ASX-listed healthcare software solutions vendor Global Health has appointed Michael Davies as its new CEO, taking over from founder and major shareholder Mathew Cherian, who is moving to a new role as executive director.

The company markets the MasterCare+ electronic medical record system, ReferralNet secure messaging, HotHealth patient engagement platform and Lifecard personal health record and has been in operation for 30 years.
