ACT Branch Event (in-person)| Digital Health: A Prescription for Addressing Hospital Workforce Gaps

Overview

AIDH welcomes members and non-members to our State Branch events. Featuring leading innovators and experts who present on a wide range of digital health topics including current digital health initiatives and ideas for the future, it’s the perfect opportunity to learn, network and connect with your local community.

AIDH ACT branch invites you to join us in person, or online, for an insightful evening as we hear from local healthcare leaders who are using digital health tools to successfully address workforce shortages and increase the clinical services provided to patients.

Difficulties with attracting and retaining healthcare staff throughout Australian healthcare settings are well known. Recently, the workforce shortages have been further exacerbated as workers leave for jobs offering flexibility and work from home options. This has led hospital teams to become more strategic and innovative with workforce solutions. We will be hearing from our speakers on how they have successfully implemented new workforce models to address these issues and become an employer of choice for Australian healthcare professionals.
