ASX-listed patient engagement solution vendor Oneview will reduce staffing numbers by over a third as it undertakes a restructure following the failure of an agreement with an Australian aged care provider to develop a care management solution.

The Irish-headquartered firm has also had to revise down its expectations for total revenue for 2019 by 13 per cent year on year, with the stalled aged care deal to cost it over $1 million.
