The My Health Record system underwent an upgrade over the weekend to make improvements to the advance care planning section, with clinicians now able to upload goals of care documents.

Changes have also been made to the medicines view section, which system operator the Australian Digital Health Agency says will improve the way a person’s medicines list appears in the record.
