The newly elected federal government is soon to begin a user audit of the myGov system, the interface between the government and consumers for access to My Health Record, Medicare and the NDIS.
The audit was an election promise released in April by now Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Minister for Government Services and the NDIS, Bill Shorten. The duo said the audit will take a fresh look at how well myGov is performing for the public when it comes to reliability and functionality for a user-friendly experience.
