Citadel to buy UK clinical software vendor Wellbeing for $200m

Canberra headquartered software and services company Citadel Group has raised $127 million to fund the purchase of UK radiology and maternity software vendor Wellbeing Software, planning to use the acquisition to cross-sell its pathology and oncology platforms in the UK market and bring Wellbeing's offerings to Australia.

Citadel's health software portfolio currently includes the Auslab pathology software used by Queensland Health, Melbourne Health and Austin Health, along with the Charm oncology platform it bought in 2017 and the Anaesthetic Private Practice (APP) anaesthetist billing and practice management solution it bought in 2018.
