The restructure of ASX-listed online appointment booking and directory service provider 1st Group has been sensationally reversed in corporate manoeuvres this week, with co-founder and managing director Klaus Bartosch returning to the role two months after its board announced his resignation.
Three directors of the board itself have since resigned, including director and interim CEO Louise McElvogue, who was appointed to replace long-term CEO Mr Bartosch in March, and chairman Paul Welch. Major shareholder Michael Emmett has also resigned.
