Community care software vendor Icon Global has launched the next generation of its carelink+ platform, this week releasing a web-based version called carelinkAIR that will give care providers in the field full access to assessments, care plans and will allow client welfare feedback on a tablet or mobile device.

Geelong-based Icon Global specialises in providing client relationship management software to organisations providing community-based aged care, disability care, mental health care and for children and family service providers.
