Nurse used copied log-ins to write prescriptions for Schedule 4 drug

A South Australian former enrolled nurse has been disqualified from providing health services for 15 years for altering patient vaccination records to cover up mistakes and using doctors’ computer log-ins to create false prescriptions for herself, as well as a false Medicare health plan.

The nurse also deleted the entire medical records of seven patients with the same surname as a former husband but with no other connection to her. The practice manager was able to retrieve the records.
