ASX-listed health informatics software specialist Alcidion is shortly to go live with its Miya Precision platform to support the delivery of virtual care for Sydney Local Health District's rpavirtual service.

Miya Precision will enable the rpavirtual Care Centre to remotely monitor patients by displaying their status in near real-time alongside other relevant data drawn from the Sydney LHD's Cerner electronic medical record.

The contract follows a similar project at Murrumbidgee LHD, where data is being directly added to Miya Precision and displayed on its dashboards from the EMR and from the Biofourmis remote monitoring system.
