Jayex’s plans for growth on track despite Appointuit dispute

ASX-listed health technology firm Jayex Healthcare is still on track to further roll out its Enlighten arrivals kiosk platform, commercialise its Pharmacy Delivery 2 U (P2U) prescription delivery service and grow its Appointuit business despite an ongoing dispute with the founders of the popular online appointments booking service.

Appointuit co-founders Rosemary and Gordon Cooper, who are still employed by Jayex and are substantial shareholders following Jayex's acquisition of Appointuit last year, have brought action against the parent company through the Fair Work Commission and the Federal Court.
