The Decision Assist specialist palliative care and advance care planning project has launched a new app for nurses and has updated its GP version with an online-offline capacity.

Launched on International Nurses Day last week, the palliAGEDnurse app has been designed for nurses working in residential aged care, community care and general practice who are caring for older people with palliative care needs.
